Griselda has long-lasting ties to the Chula Vista area. As a graduate of our local Southwestern College, she remembers the Chula Vista of the past, and has watched it grow into the thriving community it is today.

Her experience in the field is quite diverse, getting her start selling real estate in Baja California, and then eventually becoming manager of Century 21, Rosarito Branch. Griselda then moved to the escrow department of Fidelity National Title, and afterwards worked at World Savings and Loan, where she was the assistant to the top two salespeople at her branch, then became assistant manager in their appraisal department.

Currently working as an agent of The Bettger Team, Griselda does not sell homes – she gives advice and knowledge. By only working in customer service and sales positions, Griselda is focused on you, the customer, and your needs – closing deals from a modest mobile home to a 5.2 million dollar ranchette subdivision. She can also explain the home buying process, especially the differences between the Chula Vista area and Mexico. This gives the homebuyer the power to make the right decisions for their needs and family plans.

Griselda resides in the Chula Vista area with her husband, who is also a real estate agent, and her two children.
